Yeah no doubt they have been slow in many ways (I bought Genesis packs in 2018 too), but I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt anyway. Call it bagholder's copium if you will 😂

Depends on what kinda packs you open. The packs that you earn in-game from leveling up are Core packs, which are non-tradable and not on IMX unless you forge them. They can still be put in your decks though. Expansion packs that you can buy from the store, like Genesis cards, are NFTs and are tradable immediately.
