It is good to exercise, at any age. We lose muscle as we age, so older folks have to work out just to stay the same! :O

Creatine helps, for me. Apparently for others too, given the amount of YouTube videos on it. One lady I like to watch is Dr. Rhonda Patrick and here's a link to a search for her and Creatine on YouTube.

Basically take 5g a day for your muscles and another 5g or more for your brain. I'm much more alert on 10G a day and it is easier to get pumped and stay pumped even after exercise. I can do about 10 to 20 percent more reps since starting creatine.

If you try it, get a good brand. I use Thorne. It is NSF certified.
