My Actifit Report Card: June 24 2023 - Bad Time, Grand Funk, 1975
Just before writing this I visited a dance club in Second Life and Bad Time by Grand Funk was playing as I entered. So I thought I'd use it as my featured video today. It's an oldie from 1975 when they had a few top 40 hits. It's a decent song. Not too loud and annoying which is actually how I like to listen to Rock music sometimes, as you know if you read my blog a lot! This YouTube generated video has 1.2 Million views so it's a fairly popular song!
I also like We're An American Band as well as their cover of Locomotion which has a very cool guitar solo.
Before they were Grand Funk, several of them were in Terry Knight and The Pack. So going back to the 60s, here's and even older oldie by The Pack called How Much More.
MY ACTIVITY
was a nice walk under a half moon at about room temperature and no rain which included some stair climbing. Then I lifted some dumbbells and finally did 25 pushups.
