For lack of better lines, I would take this post as a way to make a comeback to my online activities.
Seems like this weekend isn't going to be for rest per se. Just 7 days away and it feels like a decade. I've missed what we do on the hive. I feel like screaming!
In my own wild opinion, I would say that I've had enough break from work (content creation and other online stuff) to last me till the end of this year. The last time I made a post was 7 days ago. It's a post I made while being seated beside an eccentric driver. He is eccentric in the sense that his attitude to the job is different from what is obtainable in other conventional drivers.
For example, in my past travel experience, most of the drivers always have their hands glued to the steering while their eyes move from side mirrors to the front glass. But that particular driver was more like a stand-up Comedian. His word count throughout the journey duration surpasses that of the other 14 passengers combined. Maybe that helped him to stay awake throughout the journey. I really can't make a case for him. I rather enjoyed the talk and smirked at the not-so-funny ones.
What is there to lose? Lol!
Everything that happened within the last few days came as a raw adventure and I'm all in for adventures. Same reason why I take alot of positives away from the whole thing.
But today? It's a different ball game!
I am travelling back to the Southeastern part of Nigeria and I'm not ready to watch every move made by a driver. I believe that the young man is an expert in his job so I'm focused on knocking myself back to the virtual world. I've got to catch up on all I've missed within the last few days. That's a lot, I know. But I can try.
So, what's this weekend going to be like?
Throughout midweek, I didn't have spare time to do things with my phone. I forced myself to do some Curation yesterday night after a stressful week and it ended with a clumsy error. My colleague had a good laugh when I narrated the incident to her. After a little chitchat, I turned off my internet connection and decided to watch a Kdrama.
For the record, this turned out to be a good decision.
At the moment, despite being on transit in a journey that can take the whole day, I'm feeling rather enthusiastic and equally energetic. That's why I'm punching the keys on my phone to come up with this post. I also have some new breed of writers that I introduced to the blockchain. I would have to go through their profile and grab a bite of their juicy contents 馃構.
I'd hope that my current battery power would survive most of this journey.
