I live in Nigeria and I can say that most of our Bankers, Doctors, Lecturers and bunch of other people in fancy vocations always work so hard, yet their earning is very measly. It's weird.

Universities were on strike for 8 months in 2022 because of this same issue and I don't see it stopping anytime soon.

It sure goes to show that hardwork 'alone' is not enough.
