The internet is such a resourceful place. It almost feels like the Internet have the answer to all the questions we have across all areas of life. You can get a lot of info and even tutorials from google search, Social media platforms, YouTube, and co. However, if you don't know the right place to look, you will end up running into brick walls.
That pretty much sums up my experience with the internet world whenever I'm doing intensive research about stuff. I'm accustomed to using as many platforms as possible to dig out the information I need.
I remember when I bought my previous laptop. I dug into Jumia (an online shopping platform) and other online shopping platforms to get the price range of the laptops that match my use case. I also used Google search to have a proper look at the features of the laptop. I ended up buying the laptop online and it was very fit for purpose.
I did the same when I was searching for a house to rent. I looked around on Twitter and Facebook for realtors operating within the part of Nigeria where I wanted to move into. I came in contact with a lot of Realtors, gave them the description of what I needed, and saw the houses in their portfolio and the total cost of renting each. That gave me an idea of the price range I need to have ready while looking for houses in those areas.
Having that info made it easier to work on my budget and make up my mind about the region I would like to move into and the sort of apartment I can afford to rent in that region. I ended up having to deal with a realtor whom I met in person, but the information I got from my research made it easier for me to bargain and reach an agreement.
So, the Internet is really filled with all sorts of information that can be to the advantage of anyone who knows the right place to look.
Despite knowing this, I've been surprisingly coming across a brick wall in my recent research about how to record a reaction video. I've watched a shit ton of "how to videos" on YouTube about this and I just don't seem to make a lot of sense of what is going on. The major challenge though is that I don't have a proper Camera.
Meanwhile, most of the tutorials on YouTube are done for audiences who are recording with a proper camera, proper audio gadget, and whatnot. A quick search on Quora already gave me a good list of things that need to be in place for a high-quality reaction video to be recorded and I would have to break the bank if I want to stand a chance of getting it right.
At the moment, I'm trying to narrow down my research for "how to" videos and focus on the tutorials about doing the work with phones. There have been some results although those videos that pop up do not seem to be fit for purpose. I would also have to install OBS on my laptop at some point in this learning adventure of mine.
I wonder if anyone reading this would have an idea of how to record reaction videos with a phone.
