This is brilliant! I enjoyed reading this sci-fi story. At first, I thought it might be complex to understand but as I read along, it was seamless.

... that few people were concerned about where things in Slipspace actually went.

I screamed this in my head, like, what are you people doing? All your stuff could be falling into alien planet! 😅 So, the inhabitants of the other world are coming for this world. They best be prepared.
