En el año 2022 decidí tomarme enserio mi preparación a nivel competitivo, quise prepararme como nunca antes lo había hecho porque en años anteriores no lograba tener un gran nivel en la competencias y no rendía al máximo. Esto hizo que me lo tomara más enserio y apliqué mucho métodos desde que comenzó el año que me hicieron llegar a mi nivel más top hasta los momentos, logrando ser campeón nacional y subcampeón nacional en las dos competencias en las que participé
In the year 2022 I decided to take my preparation seriously at a competitive level, I wanted to prepare myself like I had never done before because in previous years I could not have a high level in competitions and I did not perform at my best. This made me take it more seriously and I applied a lot of methods since the beginning of the year that made me reach my highest level up to now, managing to be national champion and national runner-up in the two competitions in which I participated
El día de hoy he decidido mostrarle a la comunidad como logre esto y cuáles fueron los métodos que apliqué ya que veo que muchos atletas no se preparan de la manera adecuada y esto podría ayudarlos a obtener mejores resultados🏆
Today I have decided to show the community how I achieved this and what were the methods I applied since I see that many athletes do not prepare properly and this could help them obtain better results🏆
Si quieres ser un profesional debes comportarte como un profesional, dejar las excusas y hacer muchos sacrificios para poder lograr cualquier cosa que te propongas! Espero que esto te sirva de mucha ayuda🙌🏼
