En el a帽o 2022 decid铆 tomarme enserio mi preparaci贸n a nivel competitivo, quise prepararme como nunca antes lo hab铆a hecho porque en a帽os anteriores no lograba tener un gran nivel en la competencias y no rend铆a al m谩ximo. Esto hizo que me lo tomara m谩s enserio y apliqu茅 mucho m茅todos desde que comenz贸 el a帽o que me hicieron llegar a mi nivel m谩s top hasta los momentos, logrando ser campe贸n nacional y subcampe贸n nacional en las dos competencias en las que particip茅
In the year 2022 I decided to take my preparation seriously at a competitive level, I wanted to prepare myself like I had never done before because in previous years I could not have a high level in competitions and I did not perform at my best. This made me take it more seriously and I applied a lot of methods since the beginning of the year that made me reach my highest level up to now, managing to be national champion and national runner-up in the two competitions in which I participated
El d铆a de hoy he decidido mostrarle a la comunidad como logre esto y cu谩les fueron los m茅todos que apliqu茅 ya que veo que muchos atletas no se preparan de la manera adecuada y esto podr铆a ayudarlos a obtener mejores resultados馃弳
