I took this photo last April in the tiny town of Tofino on the west coast of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. A large flock of birds was flying through a rain squall as the waves crashed on the beach. The trees you see in the background are on a small island and beyond that is the open north Pacific Ocean
