Amanda and her train ride
Hello to all the members of this wonderful community.
Today I want to share with everyone a beautiful experience, about the Throw Back Thursday #TBT, I mean one of the happiest days in Amanda's life and therefore, in Gaspar's and mine, I invite you to know the reason...
Last year, in the month of February, we arrived at my mother-in-law Migdalia's house in Cabudare, where a freight train faithfully traveled from Barquisimeto, Lara State to Acarigua, Portuguesa State.
Amanda watched it pass by very happy, as soon as she heard it, she would go up to the terrace to see it, usually, one day we would see only the locomotive up to Acarigua and we would wait for it the next day to come back, this time with 15 or 20 cars.
She was so liked that we started to show her videos of trains and she watched them in amazement, so one day Gaspar said Tomorrow is my birthday, let's take Amanda for a train ride! And off we went on April 5, 2022 to fulfill Amanda Marien's dream in the company of grandma Migdalia.
Once we arrived at the Simon Bolivar Railway Station in Barquisimeto, Lara State, we were welcomed by a friend of Gaspar's, Mr. Edixon Uranga, who kindly gave us a historical tour of the Railway System from its beginnings until that date.
There are no words to describe how happy and surprised our little girl was, she kept looking at the trains and walked along the corridor waiting for the moment to board and start the ride.
When the time came and after thanking the operators, Amanda boarded the train fascinated, more than a ride, it was a wonderful experience that combined the fact of seeing in reality those that she watched so many times in the videos, in addition to respond to the curiosity that caused her a train that she saw from afar every day and fulfill the dream of boarding one, I imagine that for her it was something like traveling on the Pilatus Railway in Switzerland or the Maglev in Shanghai hehehehe.
She did the whole trip very quietly and was interested in everything she saw until we arrived in Yaritagua.
From the station we went to the Plaza Bolivar, there is the Mayor's office and the cathedral, by the way, very close they sell the tastiest Chichas I've ever tasted in my life, hehehehehe.
The time was very short, we had a snack and went back to the station to return to Lara, this time we stayed at the San Jacinto stop.
This experience was very significant, Amanda talked about this trip for days, at that time she was only 1 year and 9 months old and still remembers it very clearly, she is a very advanced child and I am sure that this experience laid the foundation for her to fulfill every dream and every goal she sets for herself in life.
I love family outings, now we have our son Diego Armando and every time we have an opportunity we go out to share, they enjoy and it fills us with happiness to provide them with the best experiences.
My thanks to those who made it to the end of the post.
For me it is a pleasure to share the happy moments of #vidacotidiana.
Hugs and blessings.

Abrazos y bendiciones.
