My fiancée and I took a very scenic hike here in Rancho Bernardo in the north part of San Diego. There’s a lake, trails, and my favorite part, we got to do some real rock climbing without the ropes! It’s always nice to relieve stress from life and truly enjoy the time we have with the people we love. This year I have been making it a habit to try to have more balance in life and one of my favorite escapes lately is hiking and soaking in the scenery. I use the tranquil sites for meditation sometimes and really helps with overall mental health.
