Seems my quality of sleep has improved a lot. I am definitely getting more hours of dream time. And I am waking up a lot more refreshed than before. I haven't really made any drastic changes in my lifestyle that would affect my sleep to that extent. However I do go to sleep earlier these nights. I drink more water. I always eat healthy. That never changed. It's always been a priority for me. And I take vitamins daily. I can't say exercise is a crucial factor in my sleep shift. Some days I am running around till night falls. Other times I barely get up from the computer. Suffice to say I don't have a regular exercise regimen.
I think the main reason my sleep quality has improved is because I am less stressed now. My mind is more at ease. The last two years I went through crazy times. Everything was up in the air. My life was spinning out of control for whatever reasons. And now it is balanced. I am in a much better state of mind. I feel calm. I am handling my business with confidence and optimism.
