If you are like 99.9% of people nowadays (just a guess), you probably don't carry a map and GPS devices have long be replaced by our hand held devices. Unfortunately, if you are one of the millions of iPhone users right now, you might be wishing you did carry a map or had a GPS right about now. Currently as of right now, Apple maps are down. This is affecting a large number of people. Working in a third party Apple repair store, I didn't know that it was an issue until I had multiple customers come in with the same exact issue. After a quick google search and checking my own phone I found it was a real issue.
Don't worry, if you are an Apple user, they are working on a fix, and you can always download google maps in the mean time!
