With the things I heard about hive ,web3 by a friend i was wondering if it was true or not because i did not believe the things my friend was telling me ,to me it was like a story.
When i have not opened a hive account almost everyday my neighbor will be talking about it almost everyday almost everyday over the phone with a friend , talking about the rising and falling of hive and how he use to make his own post and how he used to get upvote ,how he use to engage in other people's post and also been so consistent.
All this i keep hearing everyday sometimes his call will be the thing to wake me up early in the morning,if not him telling someone over the phone "go to block chain convert this to that and also making post using inleo and ecency,this was what i hear everyday, sometimes you see him snapping picture with the dirty and waste bin in the compound and me i will be wondering which kind of thing is this.
But on a very good day when i was in my room i don't know if he was aware that i am around and he was explaining to a fellow hover about his income and upvote every week in the post he make ,I was really surprise if he actually make up to that.
I was having this doubt in my mind till i met him and after some discussion i pleaded with him that i want to know more about hive which he first refused but later he agreed and explained things to me on how the web3 works but to me it was still like a movie because i was just hearing upvote, engagement in authors work without knowing anything he was saying.
Then i was not really understanding anything until he now helped me open my own account and directed me on how to make a post and how to write without plagiarism and Ai because he was seriously warning be against those things that it can lead to flagging of account.
To my greatest surprise first day after a post i got the upvote he was talking about (that was my introduction post). Second day he told me about cleanplanet community where i also made a post and he also instructed i use inleo front end in doing the Post,after the post i got vote and that a very big surprise to me.
He kept encouraging and guiding me even i could remember making an inleo prompt in hive Argentina where i also got inleo upvote. But something happened after teaching me all these he never mentioned about powering down and withdrawing money so after one week and some days i was like my boss how will i gain from this that all i keep hearing from him is your account is okay is really growing.
After all the discussion he just laughed and said don't worry i will tell you that later just keep making post. Back then my main posting community was cleanplanet but at time goes on i started discovering other community according to his direction. After like two weeks that was when he now explained to me how to make a withdrawal though he was against it instead he encouraged me on power up. The first day i made a withdrawal on hive it was like a magic to me because i never believe it till i made that withdrawal.
Web3 is really good though is not easy it requires determination and consistency but despite that it is really a good platform where you meet friends from different part of the world, learning from different authors from their blog and also how to improve in the community.
