Hi steemit world...I want to start blogging ...I'm frustrated..I have many stories regarding being abused and also growing up in an abusive home . It's no wonder I unknowingly sought out this trait in a spouse and so that anybody else going through it can see and feel that they are not alone.. And also see that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and maybe get out sooner by learning from my experiences and mistakes.

Also I want blog about cooking . I love to cook it's always been a passion of mine. In all the years that I was in this abusive relationship. .food became my drug of choice...needless to say I weigh way too much ..I was thin my entire life till about 10 years ago ..each year getting bigger.
Now I am pre diabetic. ..and almost 44 years old..I am starting a lifestyle change tomorrow. I am going to eat 80 % plant based foods and 20 % salmon and maybe chicken. So I would like to post recipes unhealthy delicious recipes..that I tweak to make healthier still full of great goodness and taste. And I would like to as much as it will embarrass me post my progress. .showing all of me not just my face..lol and compare pics..to show weight loss ..just journal my journey for support. ..or constructive criticism. And also giving courage to anybody who is still waiting to start ...as I waited far to long.

I feel like I'm ready to blog about things I know and can possibly help others as well..maybe some travel posts too :) But as I am currently in the process of moving ..I find myself tired and frustrated with bloggers block. Please have patience ...I'm excited to write and have alot to share ...stay tuned my fellow steemians :) :)
