Hello, hello dear and appreciated Needleworkers, I hope you are well and having a nice afternoon. For my part I feel very happy and motivated knitting small Christmas projects. This time I bring you a very sweet project. It is the elaboration of a crocheted lollipop and a crocheted candy.
I found this idea on an Instagram page that I usually follow because they always share very cute and novel ideas. The only drawback I find in seeing the ideas on this social network, is that they usually don't post the patterns and they don't show the step by step. Sometimes they make short videos, which are called reels, with some brief explanations. On the positive side, they are always very ingenious and beautiful ideas.
In this case the project is very easy to understand, it does not require many explanations, that is why I was able to elaborate it without any difficulty. The procedure is similar for both projects. For both the palette and the candy, the first thing to do is to knit two pieces of 23cm approximately, in two different colors. One of them in white, preferably. These pieces are knitted with only two rows. The first is a chain row and the second is a single crochet row.
The next step is to glue both pieces in a spiral shape with the help of cold or hot silicone. After having the main part, the only thing left to do is to add the respective details. In the case of the lollipop, we must weave a small strip that will serve as the lollipop stick or lollipop. And in the case of the candy, we must place two pieces that simulate the candy wrapper.
In this simple and fun way these crocheted sweets are made, which can be used for many projects and can be knitted in different colors. I hope you liked this idea. I say goodbye for now wishing you a nice evening. Greetings and blessings.
