Blessed day my dear and appreciated NeedleWorkMonday colleagues, I wish for you a nice weekend. I am back in the community to share with you one of the little projects I have been working on this week.
A few days ago I was thinking that Mother's Day is approaching and I would love to have a little detail with my sisters, friends and family. As usual, my gifts are always handmade, because I love that they have a nice memory of the love I have for them and that's why I spend part of my time to develop these details. In order to finish on time with the elaboration of the gifts, I decided to make small and simple projects. I was looking on the web and that's how I came up with several ideas.

Today I share with you a super simple but also very cute project. It is a keychain in the shape of a chocolate chip cookie. This type of chocolate cookies filled with white cream are a classic that everyone likes, so I did not hesitate to knit it and turn it into a cute keychain.
For this I only needed white and brown wick yarn, a triple zero knitting needle and some scissors.
The pattern for this cookie is very simple. Just knit two brown circles and one white circle. Each circle is made up of three rows of high stitches. After you have the three circles ready, you just need to join them in such a way that it looks like a real cookie.

With the cookie finished, I proceeded to attach the key ring and added a small ornament made with a piece of gross stamped ribbon and placed the button personalized with my brand. This keychain will be the perfect gift for one of my friends who loves this kind of cookies. I really like this kind of small projects because I can see the final result soon and I must say that I loved this one.
I will keep making these little keychains with different designs and shapes until I get the amount of gifts I need for such a special day as Mother's Day.
