안녕하세요 스팀잇 여러분...
여러분의 도움이 필요합니다.
전 작년에 비트 파이넥스 거래소애서 EOS 토큰을 사서 전송 실수로 eos.io ico 컨트랙 주소로 잘못 송금하는 실수를 했읍니다.
지금도 간간히 빗섬이나 한국 거래소에서 개인지갑으로 옮기시다가 저같은 실수를 하시는 안타까운 사연들이 나오고 있는걸로 압니다.
작년 8월에 생긴 일 이라 그동안 마음 고생도 심했구 포기하려니 적은 갯수가 아니다 보니 포기가 쉽게 되지도 않네요
물론 제 실수이지만 작년 에는 지금처럼 정보가 풍부하지 않아서 생소한 블럭체인을 접하다보니 큰 실수를 하게 되었읍니다.

지금 블락원애서는 비트 파이낵스에서만이 해결할수 있다고 하고
비트 파이넥스 는 자기들 손에서는 떠났다고 하고
서로가 자기들이 해줄수 없다는 입장만 되풀이 합니다

제 생각에는 6월 스냅샷이 끝나면 그 토큰이 코인이 되어서 비트 파이넥스 월렛으로 돌아갈거 같은데
현재로선 어찌될지 모르겠읍니다.

이번에 비트 파이넥스 가 EOS bp 로 출마 한다는 소식을 접하고
만약 저같은 실수를 한 사람들이 한두명이 아닌걸로 아는데
이런 유저들의 실수로 어느 한쪽은 그 토큰들을 수령하게 될텐데
그게 만약 비트파이넥스 거래소 라면
이렇게 투명하지 않고 개미들 실수한 토큰을 받아 챙겨서 거대해지는 거래소 들이 이오스 bp 가 된다는건 이오스 생태계를 위해서 옳은 일인가 하는 생각을 하게 되네요

코리오스 운영진 분들 도움으로 비트 파이넥스 출마 포스팅에 답글로 제 사연을 올렸읍니다.
혹시 가능하신 분들은 가셔서 댓글 하나씩 작성해 주시길 바래요
앞으로 블럭체인이 발전해서 법의 테두리안으로 들어 온다면 저같은 피해자가 더 이상 안생길지는 모르겠지만
이 일은 누구애게나 일어날수 있는 일이라고 생각합니다.

I am posting this thread in hopes of recovering my EOS tokens. Last summer, I mistakenly sent 10,000 EOS tokens to an eos.io.ico contract address from Bitfinex Exchange and ever since I’ve had no luck recovering my tokens. THEY’RE GONE!!!
So for 8 months I’ve been researching how to solve this issue. There are numerous cases from another Korean Exchange (Bithumb) where EOS token owners have made the same mistake, HOWEVER, Bithumb is doing their best to recover those EOS tokens for their customers… while Bitfinex is doing NOTHING!
I’ve reached out to Block One and Bitfinex and both refuse to take any actions. Block One’s response was only Bitfinex could resolve this while Bitfinex simply commented that it’s out of their hands.
This morning, I received an email from Block One reassuring me that once the snapshot is completed this June, EOS tokens will be sent to Bitfinex. Now whether Bitfinex will return those coins to my EOS wallet is questionable since they are repeatedly claiming that they have no control over this matter. Seriously? So you’re going to have my 10,000 tokens just sit in your Exchange?
Several days ago, there was an announcement that Bitfinex has been nominated for EOS BP (https://steemit.com/bitfinex/@bfx/bitfinex-or-eos-block-producer-candidate-report).
I know for a fact that I am not the only customer who has made this mistake. And when Block One returns all of those lost EOS tokens to Bitfinex, who will it go to? If nothing is done, thousands, perhaps millions, of EOS tokens will be stolen from their owners…
Now, how can a company like Bitfinex qualify for EOS BP?
Blockchain is new to all of us. There are no regulations. It’s not protected under law.
Not a whole lot of information is out there. Almost every day you hear incidents of tokens being hacked even when they were securely kept in wallets or exchanges. You come across people who mistakenly send their tokens to a wrong address and there is no way to recover them.
However, this is an issue that Bitfinex can solve. And that’s why I need your help.
Please repost this thread… Spread the word… Go to the link above and reply… Demand Bitfinex to return EOS tokens to their owners!

Hi there,

Thanks for providing me the transaction ID. I have reviewed the transaction and confirmed that the EOS Tokens were sent to the EOS contract address. Unfortunately, due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, there is no function in the EOS smart contract or in the Ethereum Blockchain that allows me to transfer these EOS Tokens. This means that the EOS Tokens cannot be sent back.

The good news is that the ownership of these tokens will be included in the snapshot taken at the end of the distribution in June of this year. That means that the public/private key pair used to send the Tokens 0x1151314c646Ce4E0eFD76d1aF4760aE66a9Fe30F can be used to claim EOS Tokens once a blockchain is launched. However, because the Tokens were sent from an Exchange the address included in the snapshot will belong to the Exchange. Only the owner of the address will be able to access those tokens on any future eosio blockchain that launches. Since this is the case I suggest contacting the Exchange directly to see what support they are able to provide in this case.

I understand that this is not an ideal outcome, but please let me know if there is anything more I can do to help.

The funds have left our platform and are outside of our control.

You will need to contact the receiving wallet/service and request their assistance in recovering/returning the funds to a wallet you specify/control. There is nothing more Bitfinex can do.

Before taking BP bitfinex should short out and clear before transaction. This would give you guys more trust. How to trust if there is no correlation and all coin goes into bitfinex wallet ?
