My son will be turning two at the end of August!! (Where oh where is the time going!?)
Since my husband is off work due to surgery- we decided to celebrate early and take a weekend family trip to the aquarium!
My son LOVES fish, penguins, sharks.. all of it.
We knew for a while that this was what we wanted to do for his birthday, so we were so excited to finally take him!
It was his first time in a hotel too, which was so fun! I always remember how fun it was to stay in a hotel as a kid, so watching him have a blast and play was so fun!
I have been to this aquarium several times, but seeing it through my son was a new experience! He was so elated. His little face just lit up with every new exhibit! Especially the penguins and turtles!
I’m always reminded to not stress the small things (you know- traveling with a toddler can have it’s stresses..) but enjoy life and live in the moment.
To take time to really look at the beauty around you and find joy in every single moment!
Because it really does go by so so fast!
