Today would be my grandpa's 89th birthday. We lost him in early 2020 (which you may already know if you read my dad- 
The last couple years, we have celebrated his birthday by making my grandma's cheesecake (secret family recipe 馃), and letting go a balloon to honor his memory and wish him a happy birthday!
So I whipped up some cheesecake and after Sunday family dinner, we all went outside and sang "Happy Birthday" and released the balloon up, up, up... and into a tree 馃槪
Thankfully, the wind finally took it up, up, and away!
So happy birthday, Grandpa! We miss you and love you!
