1. ¿Cuál es tu mayor reto de preparación para las fiestas?

Mi mayor reto de preparación para las fiestas es ser MULTIFACÉTICA. Mi mamá ya es una señora mayor de más de 80 años y la cuido a diario en casa, como tiene su cabeza un poco perdida debo tenerla vigilada, y cuando se suman las actividades de celebración y debo cocinar, limpiar todo bien y salir a comprar cosas, se me hace un poco difícil el hecho de tener que compartir mi tiempo en esas actividades y hacer de cuidadora, lo cierto es que no me molesta hacer nada de eso, pero cuando me chocan actividades en tiempo y momento debo priorizar y muchas veces hacerlo TODO A LA MISMA VEZ. La carga de responsabilidades de estas fiestas sumadas a mis labores diarias, demanda mi 200%.

1. ¿Si pudieras pasar la víspera de año nuevo en cualquier lugar del mundo, a dónde irías?

Suiza, España, Canadá, Portugal, todos tienen lugares bonitos y donde cualquiera desearía pasar el fin de año pero, yo prefiero estar en mi hogar. Mi hogar no se define por un espacio real sino donde quiera que estén mi esposo, mis hijos, mi madre y hermano. No me importa el dónde sino el con quién, porque definitivamente NO HAY LUGAR COMO EL HOGAR.

1. ️⃣ What's your biggest holiday preparation challenge?

My biggest challenge in preparing for the holidays is being MULTIFACETED. My mom is already an elderly lady over 80 years old and I take care of her daily at home; since her mind is a little lost, I must keep an eye on her, and when celebration activities add up and I must cook, clean everything well, and go out to buy things, it becomes a little difficult for me to have to share my time between those activities and being a caregiver. The truth is I don't mind doing any of that, but when activities clash in time and moment I must prioritize and often do EVERYTHING AT THE SAME TIME. The load of responsibilities of these holidays added to my daily chores demands 200% of me.

2️⃣ If you could spend New Year's Eve anywhere in the world, where would you go?

Switzerland, Spain, Canada, Portugal, all have beautiful places and places where anyone would want to spend the end of the year, but I prefer to be at home. My home is not defined by a physical space but wherever my husband, my children, my mother, and brother are. I don't care about where but with whom, because definitely THERE IS NO PLACE LIKE HOME.
