I hope you’re all doing great and having a fantastic day filled with good anime and amazing manga. As for me, I haven't been able to tear myself away from my drawing table. Lately, I’ve been completely immersed in the One Piece universe, drawing its wonderful characters. Each one has such a unique design, bursting with personality, that it’s impossible to get bored.
I was looking for inspiration today when I suddenly stumbled upon an image that stole my heart: a chibi version of Monkey D. Luffy. He looked so cute, fun, and full of that signature energy of the future King of the Pirates—it was love at first sight! I knew right then and there that I had to recreate him in my own style. Without a second thought, I grabbed my pencils and sketchbook and got straight to work.
Drawing in the chibi style is always a fantastic challenge, because the secret lies in exaggerating proportions—making the head larger and the eyes highly expressive—without losing the character's essence. Drawing Luffy and his iconic straw hat in this format has been a super fun experience. I’ll be sharing more One Piece characters later on, since drawing and sharing them is all part of our passion for anime! 🏴☠️✨

Espero que se encuentren superbién y que estén pasando un día genial, lleno de buen anime y mangas increíbles. Por mi parte, les cuento que no he podido despegarme de la mesa de dibujo. Últimamente he estado completamente inmersa en el universo de One Piece, dibujando a sus maravillosos personajes. Cada uno tiene un diseño tan único y lleno de personalidad que es imposible aburrirse.
El día de hoy estaba buscando inspiración cuando, de repente, me topé con una imagen que me robó el corazón: era un diseño de Monkey D. Luffy en versión chibi. ¡Se veía tan tierno, divertido y lleno de esa energía tan característica del futuro rey de los piratas que me enamoré a primera vista! En ese mismo instante, supe que tenía que plasmarlo con mi propio estilo. No lo dudé ni un segundo, tomé de inmediato mis lápices y mi libreta de dibujo y me puse manos a la obra.
Dibujar en estilo chibi siempre es un reto genial, porque el secreto está en exagerar las proporciones, hacer la cabeza más grande y los ojos muy expresivos, pero sin perder la esencia del personaje. Luffy y su icónico sombrero de paja en este formato están siendo una experiencia superdivertida. ¡Más adelante estaré compartiendo más personajes de One Piece, ya que es nuestra pasión por el anime el dibujarlos y compartirlos! 🏴☠️✨
