This has been a reliable companion of mine during workdays, weekends and vacations. It reminds me to stay active, drink fluids, check important updates and tells me how active I've been ensuring I get healthier. Doesn't make me work too much for it as lasts nearly 4 days after full charge. Rugged, as it looks.
