This bridal tear is a plant originating from Mexico and has been introduced to various parts of the Americas, and Southeast Asia, and India. In Indonesia alone only the Dutch are the first to bring and introduce a plant like this and give a touching name, namely "Bride Tears". The most common species of this plant in Indonesia is Antigonon leptopus. Flower Tears This bride is a living vines (liana).
