Probably one of the best representation of process, from atoms to complete product.
We can see in first scenes carbon atoms are connecting together and creating long chain, which is then heated to remove any unwonted residue to get higher percentage of carbon. Then its connected with other strings creating tow ( 1K,3K etc.) which is woven into plain cloth and combined with resin and implemented in the beautiful roof of a car.
Please note my intention was not to promote any of the companies in video, I just think video was done in very good quality with understanding and presenting the process of making carbon fiber part and Im simply amazed with video it is one of the best videos I have ever seen that involves carbon fiber.
