Hi everyone, I hv to say I am so upset as my favourite core yoga class is full today and even I went there to stand by still didn't get my spot 馃槩 I found it's so difficult to keep your abs when you need to go to work every weekday till late 馃槶馃槶馃槶 how you guys motivated or managed to do sports on a busy working day?
