I gave my gardener a call, she told me that the big cat has been missing for three days. The smaller cat, Kwan, has been crying for her brother everyday. I had the feeling Joan would go on his hunting adventure again, he has probably become addicted to being wild in nature. But I doubted if he had the fierceness of a tiger in time of danger. I just sent him a telepathic message so that he would find his way home. I did tell him to look after the house and his little sister for me.

Whenever I was with my orange cats, they would become very homely and slept all day. They were contented with having regular snacks and two big meals each day. In the evening, they would be in the garden just sitting on rocks or watching for the stray dogs running up and down the dirt road. They liked to hunt for small insects and lizards at night. Joan would go out hunting field mouse sometimes.

I have to change their dry food by the end of this year. It seems older cats need a different type of food so that they wouldn’t get too fat and remain healthy. I wonder whether they would accept a change in the taste and texture of their food. I should try one bag of cat food for older cats to test their reactions.

The thought of finding a small kitten to keep Kwan’s company has returned to my mind again. Could I borrow a kitten from someone to test my cats’ reactions?! Kwan doesn’t like to be alone at all, she needs some emotional support and family warmth. I pray that if this is meant to happen, the guardians or land spirits would find a solution for me. I just have to be patient and wait for the right timing and natural changes around our household.

I couldn’t bring any kittens from the temple to live in the countryside. These city kittens wouldn’t survive the rough and wild surroundings there. They would probably get lost in the nearby woods and fields. They weren’t born in the wild with a mother cat who could teach them some survival skills. I have been attracted by a kitten at the temple but she’s living as a pack of five kittens while their mother’s just got pregnant again.

So, I should only ‘choose’ a kitten born wild in the countryside. The fishermen’s village used to have several stray cats living under their huts. Perhaps I could see whether there are any abandoned kittens in their area. I still couldn’t be sure if the kitten would fit in the new surrounding. This is a tough puzzle for me as I have no control on the outcome. So, I should just stop thinking about how to solve this problem. I should let the problem get solved for me by natural courses.

Meanwhile, I just have to be mindful and peaceful everyday so positive vibes would attract positive turns of events. Hopefully, Joan would return home to look after Kwan today. I pray that my orange cats stay safe and healthy so they would be with me for many years.

Wishing you peace, good health and prosperity.

Stay strong and cheerful.
