There is confusion in mind in third world developing countries that what is the suitable choice to cope up the covid-19 challenge. Either to lock down the country for indefinite period of time or show leniency in lockdown.

Let me confess that the fighting with this challenge is not an easy task. No work means you will destroy the economic stability of your country. USA can bear a package of 2 Trillion US Dollar for their 300 million population. But it is impossible for developing countries to spend dozen of billion dollar for the same population.

Actually the challenges of third world countries are different from the economically stable countries. Majority of the people are poor and earn their bread on daily basis. Lock down means no job for them. In my part of the world about 25 million people are daily wager. Stopping them from work will suffer 25 million family. It is a bitter fact that under-developing countries government can't finance such masses of population. Densely population and poverty is the big hurdle for government to take care of people. Our government announced a package of 8 billion US Dollar which is nothing in compared to US package. This means you don't have enough resources to feed the people at home.
Such situation where government unable to take care of their people due to financial issues and corrupt practices it is important to show leniency in lock down otherwise death will be hiked due to hunger. So, our government decided to open lock down so a daily wager may earn bread for him family. Earning bread for family is indeed the best thing which every body wants but it's important to maintain social distancing while at work. Unfortunately lack of education is the big hurdle in creating awareness to people. Fortunately the death rate number is good as compared to the other western countries despite inadequate health facility.
As far as my country is concerned partial lock down were observed in country. But after government decided to show leniency in lockdown there is flood of people in the market despite the COVID-19 hurricane. Although people are careless about their safety but I pray that situation remain control in our part of the world. As we have no such resources to deal with massive number of corona patient.
