Steemit has been a blessing to all of us. I entered steemit with the sole purpose of writing but I found out there was more money to be made on the stuffs like contests.
My advice to newbies is to forget about how much you can make from steemit and think about how you can contribute to the community.
That is my strategy. Do more and do it well.
