It can be an action performed on a regular basis. Habit can also mean an addiction. Habit can be an addiction when it's a negative side or a side you don't want to live long with like smoking and over drinking.
This is just like my daily routine and the part of me that can't be detached.

Not all people are treated the way they should be. The adage "Respect is reciprocal" is a major reason behind respecting people I come across. I have passion for this coupled with the fact that my parents trained us to be respectful. One thing in me I never regret doing is respecting people, I respect young people, colleagues, adults and my teachers. The respect I give my parents is above all, the respect can be equated to worship. Respect goes beyond Prostrating or kneeling. Charity begins at home, I started respecting my parents from an early age and I also spread it among others including my mate.

As a Muslim, solat is a compulsory act a Muslim must perform. I was trained from my tender age to pray five times daily and it's part of me. This is also an avenue for me to seek what I need from God. Praying five times daily completes my day.

Apart from my early morning brushing with toothpaste and toothbrush. I brush from time to time with my chewing stick as a part of the carriage I place on myself. I clean my mouth so that I will be free to start dialogue with people and to make myself comfortable. I brush mainly with a chewing stick. I do this brushing at least three times a day.

I don't have many addictions, I have few.
One major addiction that takes up my time is the time I dedicate to surfing the internet, it makes me forget other schedules. To be candid, it isn't that I do bad things online but at the same time staying for a long time on the phone will bring some side distraction like comedy skits and others. Another major thing is that it will delay me and something made me lazy to do some of my routine.

A reasonable individual will not play games when his or her phone is less than 30%. I play games when I have a 5% battery percentage. I feel lost in game spirit, how I wish I could control that aspect of me.
My addictions are not too bad and if I will get rid of any it will surely be playing games which I don't think will be possible because of the passion I have for football. Surfing the internet isn't that bad, the aspect I think I will work on is the time to dedicate, if I can try to reduce it. I don't smoke, I don't take hard drugs and am not a womanizer. I live my life as simple as it should be.
