The language institutes the social and likewise the psychological means of communication. First of all, the rudiment of it is an expression of particular condition of a subject; in such meaningful determination, the announcer is simply revealed without necessary aiming at it. Second, it is an interaction between subjects of communication presenting each one of them to the other. Through such mediation, third, the subjects of expression are not only impressed by the opposite party but also acknowledge their own expressions. This acknowledgement constitutes the language as a medium featuring their dispositions in a manner distinguished from them as subjects of communication. Forth, a language acquires its own structure conveying a meaning by the way of some sign system where a sign has its significance in relation to other signs. Any sign system is thus dependent on particular community and its history; it is intelligible for the already initiated in and can reveal just that what is available in the system. Fifth, the subjects employ the sing system for their transient use, and in the process they not simply enrich it but expand the language over its closed systemic character making it ambiguous, ironic and even manipulative. Sixth, the language expressiveness, systematicity, ambiguousness, irony and manipulativeness are grasped through understanding, and furthermore once available language facilitates the social knowledge acquisition. Seventh, a concept can be expressed linguistically in various manners, and a linguistic expression can be conceptually interpreted in varying ways, so it is generically context dependent in serving its proper function.
