Olive is one of the typical trees in the Mediterranean. In Sithonia peninsula (the middle "finger" of Chalkidiki), there are many of them and they are already full of berries, that will be ripe and big enough to harvest in January. Extra virgin olive oil is a medicinal food and important ingredient of nature cosmetics. I use olive oil externally and internally every day, by drinking a sip and treating my hair and skin with it.
