What is your plan in 2022 to stave off death？
What does the new phrasal verb "stave off" mean？Teacher Mark told us that it meant "avert or delay" or "fight against sth.".
I have no idea how to answer it since I really don't know how to stave off death. Maybe what I can do is to stay safe, stay healthy and stay positive as much as possible, such as by wearing the mask while going out in order not to have Covid, etc.

I really enjoy watching the episodes of Mad World News so much, especially with its music of the opening and ending. It seems as if I were just a proud citizen of a new-born county named Mad World under the rule of our great and honourable Majesty--Teacher Mark.
Yeah, for my part, it is a real magic to stave off death by swimming for more than 24 hours after being swept out to sea by a tsunami. I have heard of Tonga before since it is a country famous for its special aesthetic standard--being plump is beauty.
And the comment from one of the suscribers/students of Teacher Mike caught my eyes. He/She said:

Although I am not a Christian and I don't believe that there will be an eternal soul after death, either, I still love such kind of beautiful words about the Christian-centered view of life and death.
