Greetings to you all friends. I'm sure many woukf br looking out for some yummy food pictures as an entry because of my theme, but thats not the case. Today I wanted jollof rice so badly and I also want to start my week with creative and being active. I was busy during the day and even though it was a sunny Monday with lots of beautiful shadows almost everywhere, I couldn't capture any because I was busy and had lots of important issues to sort out especially a police case that I'm so happy it ended today.
I had to satisfy my cravings by first making myself a delicious jollof rice with sweet corn and chicken. And there the inspiration came in the kitchen and I captured shadows of my oil containers, blender and what have you....
That was how I got shadows for my entry for this week. I think the food inspired me, lol 馃槅 馃構

Hubby ate and confirmed that I really prepared for the meal.... it was a rush kind of food. I took time, built flavors, simmered and even marinated the chicken before grilling. It was a mission accomplished meal for me.
Too bad i didn't capture the process to post in a food community.
