Long legged small moth | Aceh Insect

I do not know the name of this insect, I just call it a small moth. There are many species of small moths and I can not distinguish them. I found it on the cactus, a little trouble shoot it because it was blocked by the cactus spines. It's has a slender body and long legs, a pair of front legs supporting the body of the head while perched.
