Online Tool: SteemIt Top 100 Delegations - 在线工具查看一定时间段内全网前100名代理

It has been a while since I developed steemit online tools. @nationalpark has published a few posts on steemit top delegations using @arcange's SteemSQL. Thus, I think it is a good idea to develop a handy tool that lists the top delegations that occur given a date ranges (by default, in the last 7 days).
