Wow! Those are rambutans, so surprised to seem them in the far north. Even though Suriname has a good climate for fruit, there are really only plantains and bananas here, and I get a sense the culture doesn't have a love affair with fruit.

Hope you had a Happy Moon Festival! I saw some cakes here advertised on FB, but didn't see any in the local Chinese corner shops, kind of surprised by that.
