I agree with those points and think that would hace end a great point rather than accusing me of back door deals (which you did, in many places).

And yes there is an incentive to improve the ecosystem so that the HIVE we hold is more valuable. Problem is we also have this rewards pool that constantly devalues it and many’s only contributions are to see how much of that they can extract.

So as I’ve said, until the incentives line up to reward actual value.. then it’s an issue. As the incentive currently is to shit post and get paid, as that’s the most low effort and high reward way.

So why would those work hard behind them scenes, so see their investment go due to the value added, when they could just shit post for the same return? That’s a bit of an issue and leads to a few doing the majority of the work. I agree we need to improve this.
