I didn’t say the chain would have issues with the transactions, I said the “cost” of transactions would go up as our transactions increase. (Think gas on ETH) The big difference is though that with RC’s we get a daily “allowance” of “free transactions” through staking SP. Which essentially means they will always be free, but the amount of staked SP needed for these transactions may increase.
