I personally use puush.me, they've got a great desktop app and it's super easy to use.

I expect we'll be seeing ~.002BTC/STEEM on the markets this week or higher with the end of significant PoW and the change to witnesses. Also all of the new mining will be going into VESTS (Steem Power)
