I found this at a public park this past Wednesday! I'm not sure what it is...We have a hunch it may have something to do with the Vietnam war. It could just as easily be a label off a liquor bottle...I just don't know. Any help would be appreciated! You can watch the video where I find it with the link below. If anyone can tell me what this is and maybe get it to its owner if it is in fact important.
