Kevin Pitt suspected something was a little off when his thoughtless father tried to polish him when he was just six years old. Nevertheless, he lived a relatively normal life among other humans.
It wasn't until he bumped into the devilishly slimy fairy, Georgina Raymond, that his life finally began to make sense.
However, Georgina proved to be splendid and seemed to have an unhealthy obsession with thinking. Kevin soon learnt that Georgina had taken an oath never to scratch a human being.
When Kevin's thoughtless father is injured in a pointless accident, Kevin realises his own life is at risk.
Despite Georgina'sangry eyes and pale skin, Kevin finds himself falling for the fairy. Only fate will decided whether she kills or protects him.
One night, a mermaid appears before Kevin and warns him of a darkness within Georgina. The mermaid gives Kevin the ribbed rope - the only weapon that can defeat a slimy fairy.
Will Kevin find it in himself to kill the only creature who has ever made him feel truly scared? (Hint: yes!)
