What's up Steemit friends?!

Tuslob buwa in Cebuano means "dip into bubbles". This Cebuano exotic food called "tuslob buwa" is made up of pork brain, pork intestines and pork liver. The preparation is easy. Vendors usually have a wok and butane stove served on the tables for the customers, including the other ingredients such as oil, onions, soy sauce, and other seasoning for the tuslob buwa.

What's exciting about the store that we visited was, we (the customers) were the ones who cooked and prepared the dish. So, we heated the wok first with the oil, add the onions and the rest of the ingredients until it boils and the "buwa" (bubbles) appear. That's it! Meal is then ready. Dip the "puso" or the hanging rice into the bubbles and eat it.

I would like to assume that's how "tuslob buwa" came about.

We did have a satisfied tummy! This was my first time to try this exotic food and I've got no regrets. I would love to try it out next time around.

Here's the aftermath of that eating adventure.
