Esteem keeps turning the photos sideways, but for this instance, it's perfect! Look at those pearly whites! I love seeing nice clean roots like these popping out. That tells me that these babies are ready to be dipped in mycorhizae and transplanted 48 hours after!
To ensure nice root growth and healthy plant development, we usually don't remove the clones from their plastic homes until we are filling or transplanting.
