Do not stop praying for others, lest this become a sin for you.
So, far be it from me to sin against Jehovah by ceasing to pray for you; before I will instruct you in the good and right way. (1 Samuel 12:23.)
Whenever we raise a cry to God, usually we do it for ourselves or for those and what is around us, has a direct relationship with us, such clamor is not bad, on the contrary The Lord commands to do so, but He also commands us to pray prayer for others.
These others may be in the position of eminence, it may be someone we do not know, or even who does not seem fair to you, it may be because of the person who believes to be your enemy, and above all for God to bless you. Understand when God blesses your enemy he will stop bothering you and this will become a blessing for you, since your worry will be over.
The practice of praying for others is not very common among some Christians, because sometimes they think they have their own problems, and they focus on those. Even when asking for prayer, the answer is: if I am going to pray, but it is not done, leaving it for later and it is forgotten and never done, not knowing that the need for prayer is at the moment the request is made, because it is that moment The Lord has placed the burden and trial to pray; and show your power. So when someone asks you for prayer, pause what you do and pray.
The people of God have become accustomed, they only pray for others, the pastors and those who have the responsibility to pray and intercede in a ministry, but we are wrong, we all have commitment to God's command to do it for each other so that let us have health and our relationships be according to God. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective prayer of the righteous can do much. (James 5:16)
When we pray for others, we receive blessings, because there we are fulfilling the commandment left to us by our Lord Jesus Christ who says: You will love your neighbor as yourself. For when we desire and intercede for the good of others one of those who often say they are our enemy, it is impossible for us to ask for an evil for that person, that is the reason why we should pray for each other, so that do not reign the bad and the evil that is in us thrown out, also remember that when you pray for others, those others pray for you and you will receive blessings that you did not expect, but that God knew you deserved them by praying for others.
God bless you greatly.
