Super Food Moringa

Let me share to you a story of a woman who was sent to the ICU due to high blood pressure. Her daughter and son in law tube fed her with pure moringa juice and in a span of just three days, she was out of the ICU. The doctors said her vitals and laboratory results are showing huge positive progress and in a week time, she was already out of the hospital!

My husband @panoramicview and I watched that in the fourth episode of OA Ako Telemag show. It was encouraging to find that the simplest form of plant in the country, one which we can see anywhere in the Philippines especially in Cebu is a super food!

Because of that, we never look at moringa the same way again.

Here's a macro shot with our balcony moringa plant. She's growing! But these leaves here are slowly turning yellow because of lack of sun I guess. In a few days time, they'll start falling for sure.
