I enjoyed my holiday last Monday at Pag-ibig funds located at Pajo Lapu-Lapu City in the new building of Gaisano Island mall.
I got number 1403 it's quite long hours to battle in there. But I've waited patiently to have a clear idea about how to apply a benefits of my 10 years maturity in the said Pag-ibig.
We were there at 12 noon but we got our number at almost 5pm. It's quite boring and tiring but I need to wait coz there's no more other time since I need to apply next month.
THE REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION OF BENEFITS FOR 10 YEARS MATURITY:( for my case since there was a gap when I gave birth without pay). ( My 10 years in service and in Pag-ibig was last August 2017).
- Transmittal record and receipt for the month of January 2018 from our office that stated the payments of Pag-ibig for this month that includes my name.
- Payslip for the month of January 2018.
- Application form from Pag-ibig that needs to be fill up during the day Pag-ibig assign to you.
Oh! Success! I'm excited to apply and get the said benefits.
Realizations: Learn to be patient at all times and seek information at the right and authorize person for a clearer idea for misconception be avoided.
