Hi Aliens and Splinterlands let me share my entry this week and his name is Silverblade Fighter, i chose this card because I wanted to give him a different look and more of an anime art style. My version of Silverblade Fighter somehow reminded me of Grand Kai from the Dragon Ball Z series. The reason I chose this card is I really like his costume or armor suit, it shouts signs of being brave also an experienced warrior. Anyway let me share my art process using Clip Studio Paint.
ART PROCESS...
Materials Used: clip studio paint software and drawing tablet which is XP PEN artist 12
- Typically I started my process using this method which is draw a rough sketch in blue color brush. I only draw lines of the details that are necessary for the initial lineart.
- This is where I started to draw the clean lineart, where I just slide down the opacity of the rough sketch so that I can differentiate the lines much easier. This time I tried to draw more details specially on the face.
- Then after I am satisfied with the lineart of Silverblade Fighter, I now then color all the parts in gray. The reason is for me to distinguish if I didn't color some parts.
- Then I started with the base colors the skin is on the lighter side since he looks like an elf to me, I started to color his using light gray. and his armor with white and gold or yellow.
- Then the fun part is the rendering process.
- Then the last part is finishing the details, adding some necessary shades and letters.
