I don't think a war between two countries which are not even part of the first world country would affect the entire world.

Firstly, every country operates in their own geographical contradictions and is not largely affected by the personal dealings of other countries.

Except the country still has a huge impact in the geographical stereotype of such other country.

So, NO, whatever war the Indians and Pakistanis are fighting will remain within their jurisdiction.
