TL:DR I created @photocontests2 and @photocontests3 to increase commenting output

One of the main issues with @photocontests is that not everyone was receiving comments with updated stats about their hard earned XP. The main reason for this is a 20 second hard limit for commenting on Steem. After placing a comment you have to wait 20 seconds to make another. This is to prevent spamming, which makes a lot of sense.

However there are so many people sharing their amazing photos that the bot cannot keep up. A solution would be a buffer, yet this does not increase the total maximum amounts of comments. Instead I choose spend 12 steem and add 2 additional accounts since you are worth it ;) Welcome @photocontests2 and @photocontests3, expect to also see comments coming from these accounts as more people participating in the contests.
